Emily Blunt is now almost unrecognizable from her Hollywood debut back in 2003. This English Rose has amassed quite a few nips and tucks. Lip augmentation, rhinoplasty, chin implant, cheek implants, and veneers.
Why do I think she has chin and cheek implants? Her face looks wider across and lengthwise.
Above, on the left, is Emily’s original nose. Cute, huh? I don’t like her new nose, because it increased the amount of space between her nose and upper lip. You can tell that her nostrils were shaved down and her tip was refined.
I don’t know why she got veneers, her teeth were perfect for her. Discuss on our forums.

Giannina Facio Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose, Chin, Cheek, Breast
Giannina Facio is an interesting woman. She’s a Costa Rican actress that’s been dating Academy Award winner Ridley Scott for the past decade. The interesting part though, is that most of her appearances in films like Gladiator and Black Hawk Down have been non-speaking or one-line cameos in films her boyfriend directs, and she’s often playing a character’s wife. It seems less like she plays roles, and more like Ridley pays tribute to her. Anyhow, rumor has Facio has messed with her facio (Zing! And yes, I know that my Spanish is wrong), by getting plastic surgeries, including both a nose job (rhinoplasty), and cheek implants. However, I have to disagree. There’s a shortage of “before” pictures, so unless I want to look up a twenty-five year old episode of Miami Vice, I’m going to stick to my gut. She has a very imperfect, finely aged look to her, and although she does have very high cheek bones and a nice nose, they both look too natural and too beautifully flawed to be fake. So draw your own conclusions folks, but it looks like Ginnina Facio is just a great looking older woman.

Heidi Montag’s life has taken a drastic turn over the years. After skyrocketing to fame on “The Hills” and making headlines for undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in 2010, the former reality star is happy to be living her life out of the spotlight.
The 26-year-old stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Thursday, where she dished about her now infamous choice to go under the knife and come back up with a whole new look. But does Heidi regret the cosmetic work she had done?
“I would never do it again and I never recommend it for anyone,” Heidi told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover.
“I was definitely way in over my head. I’m glad it worked out and you can’t really reverse time,” she said of her decision to undergo numerous procedures. “I kind of wanted a few enhancements and then it kind of got out of hand. I wasn’t told really the repercussions and what would happen, emotionally and psychically and the pain I would be in. I was kind of in shock.”
Heidi told Billy and Kit that she has not gone under the knife since and doesn’t think she’ll have more plastic surgery in the future.
“I haven’t done anything. I’m not sure if I would have done anything again,” she explained. “I just focus now on being healthy, alive and strong. If you’re not beautiful inside it really doesn’t matter what you look like outside, and I think I kind of lost track of that.”

Apparently true in her case and in many others. In her recent photos, something about her has looked ‘off’ and I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I’m guess that her lips (huge) , nose (thinner), cheeks (made her face wider), chin, and eyes (more almond shaped) have been operated on; I definitely remember her lips looking larger first and then all her other features slowly changed. But since she seemingly had all of that done at a young age, how will it all look as she ages? I believe the answer is becoming apparent; the facial ‘improvements’ acquired in youth, do not necessarily look good with age.

Does Justin Timberlake really enjoy kissing these huge, possibly collagen filled lips? I pity the the fool. This appears to be lip plumping overload. Maybe Stevie Wonder would believe those to be her real lips, but the sighted definitely would be inclined to feel otherwise.

I have received a huge number of emails about actress Joan Van Ark. She was best known for appearing on ‘Knots Landing’ and now she is best known for being scary looking. Most of the email I have received about her ask,’What happened to her face, her skin looks weird.’ I agree that her skin does look weird and it is probably the result of being pulled too tightly and experiencing too much sun. I genuinely do not believe that a face lift can remove sun damage. Also, I think that makeup more suited to someone her age would look better. “Jodie also possibly had a rhinoplasy that looks somewhat aggressive, making her nose look inconsistent with the angles and lines of her face.”

Karen Mulder Plastic Surgery Before and After Cheek Implants and Facelift
Karen Mulder was one of the most successful supermodels of the 90s. The Dutch beauty graced the cover magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, and Elle. The next decade saw her experience emotional turmoil where she claimed to have been raped by several prominent figures.
Lately, Karen Mulder is back in the news for making threatening phone calls to her plastic surgeon. The doctor was terrified and contacted the police, who then picked up Mulder at her Paris apartment. She was charged with threatening behavior.
Karen Mulder is now 39 and somewhat a caricature of her former self. She appears to have had an unfortunate too tight facelift coupled with cheek implants to give her face youthful fullness. She looks like an early stage version of Jocelyn Wildenstein. (Their eyes and cheek shape share similarities.) Her nose was wider at the tip during her supermodel days, but is thinner now.
To be fair, Karen Mulder doesn't look bad but it's clear that she has undergone some type of plastic surgery. Karen's plastic surgery is undeniably better than most of the plastic surgeries we have noticed on some celebrities. She appears to be more wide-eyed now and has fuller cheeks, but not too overdone. Karen is still beautiful.
We have to take into account that most women's faces fall dramatically after 37-38, and if they get fat (which shows up in the face) in their 30s or shed pounds after children and sunbathe extensively, or drink too much, their skin is dehydrated and usually age prematurely. Then it's difficult to fix their faces because the skin's too old & inflexible.
The unfortunate thing is that Karen Mulder was arrested in Paris in July 2009 after allegedly threatening to attack her plastic surgeon.
As a result, Karen Mulder was held at a police station in the French capital following "vicious telephone calls" directed at the female medic.
Karen Mulder was considered to have asked for a previous plastic surgery procedure to be reversed.
A detective revealed: "She was screaming and shouting about the operation and became extremely threatening.There were repeated calls to the female surgeon who was extremely scared. The suspect is being interviewed."
It has to be mentioned that the exact nature of the type of plastic surgery is reportedly unknown.
Conclusion: Despite Karen Mulder's plastic surgery was a successful one, Mulder was apparently not satisfied at all...
