The Many Faces of Emily Blunt
Emily Blunt is now almost unrecognizable from her Hollywood debut back in 2003. This English Rose has amassed quite a few nips and tucks. Lip augmentation, rhinoplasty, chin implant, cheek implants, and veneers.
Why do I think she has chin and cheek implants? Her face looks wider across and lengthwise.
Above, on the left, is Emily’s original nose. Cute, huh? I don’t like her new nose, because it increased the amount of space between her nose and upper lip. You can tell that her nostrils were shaved down and her tip was refined.
I don’t know why she got veneers, her teeth were perfect for her. Discuss on our forums.

George Bush Nose Job Plastic Surgery Before and After Facelift
Did George Bush have a nose job? It looks like he might have had his nose tweaked, see this site for evidence. His new nose looks very obvious; it has that ‘plastic surgery’ look. I will be following up on this story in the next few days!

You may remember our recent story about the final episode of the first season of “Game of Thrones.” Someone spotted Dubya’s severed head stuck on the end of a spike.HBO apologized for it, said it was “inadvertent” and yadda, yadda, but now they’ve backed it up.E! News reports that the network pulled the offending episode from its streaming service and iTunes and stopped shipping DVD copies of the first season.The episode is now back online, the website says, but with a difference. The image of the head on a stake has been altered and it no longer looks anything like the prez.

Jaime Bergman Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job, Botox and Facelift
Jaime Bergman is a Hollywood wife and the wronged half in the latest scandal involving a Tiger Woods mistress (hubby David Boreanaz shared mistress Rachel Uchitel with the golfer). Jaime has been out of the Hollywood limelight for the past several years and re-emerged last year looking slimmer, among other things (new nose, botox, veneers, mini facelift). Now, she looks like any generic Hollywood blonde. Jaime was a 1999 Playmate and in her case, she should have stuck with what brought her (and dumped her jerk of a husband!).
There's nothing like an infidelity scandal to bring celebrity family members out of the woodwork. Only a day after David Boreanaz admitted to cheating on wife Jaime Bergman, Bergman's mother, Sue Scallion, spoke to E! about the state of the couple's marriage. "Jaime told me one day, 'Divorce just isn't an option,'" Scallion says.
Scallion clarifies that Jaime Bergman knew about Boreanaz' affairs before the news broke in the media. "David admitted that he got caught up in this other person. Jaime and David, they've got a lot of work to do. But they love each other." Scallion is confident that Bergman and Boreanaz will work out their problems. "They are going to make this work and keep the family together and raise the children."
She notes that the couple is about to move into a new house. "My husband and I are going to go to Los Angeles and help them move into their new house. They confide in us and they lean on us for support."
Scallion seems to have much more disdain for Jaime Bergman' mistresses than for her son-in-law himself. "These women are making a living off the misery of these families," says Scallion. "They're like serial killers, killing families. It's not just the spouse that gets involved with another person, the impact goes through the whole family and there's just devastation."

She looks beautiful and not overdone. David Boreanaz has a naturally rugged look, but may have had Botox to his forehead.”
When discussing his affair’s effect on his marriage, David said, “[Admitting my affair was] a bonding experience, in the long run. In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive. There could be a demon that kind of comes out and overtakes you. Do I believe in giving up? No, I don’t. I’m a fighter. I’m a lover.”

Jane Fonda Plastic Surgery Before and After Facelift
Oscar winner actress Jane Fonda has admitted to have done some plastic surgery procedures recently. Although she previously said that she doesn't want to get more procedures done, she obviously changed her mind: "I swore in 2000 I’d never have anything done again but this year I got tired of not looking like how I feel and I wanted a more refined chin line like I used to have so I changed my mind. I’m still a little swollen but not much and what pleases me is that I won’t looked pulled or weird…or tired all the time. And my crows feet are still alive and well. I wish I’d been brave enough to not do anything but, instead, I chose to be a somewhat more glamorous grandma."
She probably got a face lift and a blepharoplasty this time, the good thing is that she didn't go to the extremes and doesn't look too tight.
As she admitted she changed her point of view about plastic surgery a bit, because before she said that she woulnd't go for more procedures: "I have had plastic surgery in the past, but I don't want to do it anymore. I get so disturbed when I come out here (Los Angeles), and I see everybody kind of looking alike."
Then she may got breast implants and also a face lift. Many people, not only celebrities get plastic surgery to increase their confidence on theirselves, but before a procedure, each patient needs to have realistic expectations, taking it as something that will improve their appearance but won't make them perfect.
"I thought, "Oh my God, it’s me,"" Jane Fonda told TODAY’s Matt Lauer. "I feel so great and so rested and I look so different and I just decided - and I’m not proud of it - I decided I wanted to look more like how I feel."
Jane Fonda told Lauer she didn’t feel pressure to maintain a specific look. "I just decided I wanted to buy myself some time and look more like how I feel," Fonda was quoted as saying, who had work on her chin, neck and under the eyes.
Jane Fonda has even written on her blog about the plastic surgery she had on her eye bags and jawline!

"Bob Evans complimented me on my new, short haircut and I said: "Thanks. I just had some "work" done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be good to get a new hair cut so people will think it's my new hair."

It is apparent that the majority of celebrities go under the knife to improve their self esteem but it seems that plastic surgery procedures don't always provide a guarantee for feeling good on the inside...Just to consider that Jane Fonda's plastic surgery is a pretty good one and she still isn't pleased! What about the celebrities whom plastic surgery has gone wrong?

Jason Lewis Plastic Surgery Facelift and Botox Before and After
Jason Lewis seems to have some kind of a celebrity plastic surgery. This former male model and a Hollywood actor should care a lot about his face and figure. But plastic surgeries are not a remedy and sometimes may do harm to the face. Jason’s appearance on before and after pictures is rather different. He looks like having undergone some kind of a face surgery, but it wasn’t good in his case. Lewis’ eyes look rather different, and one is bigger than another.
Jason Lewis – not so sexy in the city
Jason Lewis starred on a few seasons of HBO’s Sex and the City as the love interest of Samantha, played by Kim Kim Cattrall. I have gotten a number of emails over the past two years claiming he ‘had done something’ to his face. Well, let’s see what’s cooking!!
I can definitely detect an eye job as well as ample use of botox (see the shiny forehead in the last photo). He doesn’t look awful, but doesn’t really look like himself. He’s almost 40 playing a 20something in the Sex and the City movies so perhaps he felt pressured to change things.
Jason Lewis, who some of you might remember from his role on Sex And The City and the two films it spawned, has had some bad plastic surgery. Lewis began his career as a male model, so the idea of him ever needing plastic surgery seems a bit ridiculous, but when your career seems to be based more on looks than on talent, we guess you gotta do what ya gotta do. It looks like the former Men’s Fitness cover-model had some sort of eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and it didn’t come out too well, as his eyes now look like they’re too very different sizes and have almost a “lazy” quality to them. I also seems like he’s gotten Botox injections in his forehead, as it has a very shiny quality to it; it also has the bulging “Botox vein”. Something also appears to be going on with his cheek bone, which look more pronounced than in the past; maybe he also got a facelift? It’s hard to tell really, as it’s just as possigle that his cheeks are a result of injectables, but fact remains, something is up with them. Jason Lewis doesn’t look quite bad enough for us to call his surgeries “botched”, but they definitely didn’t go the way he wanted because now he looks kind of like an ax murderer that never blinks…unless maybe that’s what he was going for.

His eye tilt upward very oddly, his cheeks look suspiciously plump (smuggling chesnuts, Jason?). and his skin looks stretched to the bursting point. He looks strange. I can’t figure out what he did to his face. Perhaps some sort of light face lift with botox? Whatever it was, he should have stayed home until things settled.

Jennie Garth, best known for starring in the prominent role of Kelly Taylor throughout the Beverly Hills, 90210, and recently named the new ambassador for water charity by Oklahoma City’s Water4 Foundation, has changed a lot from her days at Beverly Hills, 90210 with some noticeable plastic surgery enhancements.
It should be mentioned that she also has kept up with other celebrities in the cosmetic surgery department.

My verdict is indifference, but I do not think the fans are loving her new look due to the number of negative tweets and emails I’ve received about it. Oh well.

Jennifer’s latest incarnation is quite a departure from her usual look, because a youthful sort of facial plumpness has been added to her face to make her look softer. Aniston is a fitness fanatic and has minimal body fat which had left her face with some harsh angles a few years ago (see 2003 photo), but now, those have been smoothed out, her face plumped up, and likely injected with botox (it causes the skin to look plastic and shiny). Do I think she’s had everything on her face yanked up via facelift too? Yup.

Whoa! Jennifer Aniston is sporting some seemingly fat lips. They are almost in Angelina Jolie bee stung pout territory. Large lips do not suit her. because they do not match the rest of her square facial features.

On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston, 42, gives consistent answers when she’s asked about plastic surgery.
No, she hasn’t had it, she says. That doesn’t count an apparent nose job early in her career.
But she might go under the knife in the future, perhaps when she reaches age 50, she implies.
“There is an extreme pressure on women and men to just stay young and unfortunately men and women don’t see it to grow old gracefully,” she stated in a recent interview.
“A lot of women go too far and end up looking a hell of a lot older than they actually are and it sort of has a reverse effect. So talk to me in 10 years,” she confessed.
A year ago, she said much the same.
Asked at age 41 whether she would use Botox, she told an interviewer for the British edition of Harper’s Bazaar, “I could do it. … These lines are getting deeper every day.”
A year before that, she claimed “I will never, ever say ‘never’ about anything. And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with making yourself feel better about how you look – although we’ve all seen how you can go too far with it.”
She has tried Botox, but didn’t like it. “I make my living from my expressions, so it’s not a great thing to do,” she insisted.
The actress admitted to rhinoplasty to corrected a deviated septum, then another nose job to correct the botched first procedure. She told People "I had (a deviated septum) fixed - best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years." Many people say that it was not only a septoplasty but a full cosmetic procedure also, because of the changes in the shape of her nose.
The fact is that her nose looks very nice and natural after the procedure, it is more defined and thinner at the tip and it doesn't get the attention away of other factions of her face, which is one of the goals of a good nose job

Plastic surgery makes celebrities look alike. Take UK singer, Jennifer Rush, who has had a variety of procedures and now looks like 80s singer, Pete Burns.
Here is a picture of Jennifer from the 80s. I don’t think she has one original feature left. I see rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, a facelift, a little botox, and who knows what else. She looks like an older version of someone other than herself.
Jennifer Rush was a very beautiful singer. But unfortunately now she is unrecognizable...The reason? Quite obvious as you can judge by taking a look at the before and after plastic surgery photos...
To be more specific, Rush has reportedly had a nose job (rhinoplasty), and countless Botox injections all over her face (including her lips and cheeks), giving her a creepy look.
Her skin is too puffy and smooth, making it almost featureless. She’s also had a face lift, which also contributes to her featureless look and apparently got lip implants. The sad thing is that Rush is doing all of this in an effort to look youthful and regain her popularity...
It has to be mentioned that many celebrity watchers compare Jennifer Rush to Pete Burns, which is not flattering at all...
Conclusion: Jennifer Rush has nothing original feature left. She looks like an older version of herself. Rush's plastic surgery is definitely a plastic surgery gone wrong...

When you start your career by completely changing your name, it should come as no surpise to anyone when you start to get too much plastic surgery. Born Heidi Stern, 80s pop singer Jennifer Rush, who is most famous for being the original performer of “The Power of Love” (a song made most popular by Celine Dion), is starting to look like a whole new person. She’s reportedly had countless Botox injections all over her face (including her lips and cheeks), giving her an almost inflated look.
Her skin is too puffy and smooth, making it almost featureless. I like to call this look, “Puppet Face” because…well simply put, she looks kind of like a cloth puppet. She’s also had a face lift, which also contributes to her featureless look, and most likely got lip implants. She’s of course doing all of this in an effort to look youthful and regain her popularity, but seeing as how she’s headed towards being a senior citizen, she should have just done what old male rock stars do: start wearing jeans, get an acoustic guitar, and play country sounding songs as state fairs.

The Playmate turned activist reveals, “I love Botox, I absolutely love it,” she said. “I get it minimally, so I can still move my face. But I really do think it’s a savior.”
As a former Playmate, Jenny has also had breast implants to augment her size. She has since had them removed and then replaced again.

Growing up in front of the world’s eyes as “Hobie Buchanan” on the insanely popular, yet terrible, hour-long “drama” Baywatch, Jackson achieved the kind of fame that few children will ever know, and responded by becoming a drug addict and ruining his life. In an effort to rectify his mistakes and remain relevant (a move which seems to have kind of worked, or at least gotten him on “Celebrity Rehab”), he got at least one nose job (rhinoplasty), and had some sort of work done on his chin and cheeks.
His nose, which is naturally wide and bulbous, has been shaved down to an almost feminine level of thinness, and his chin and cheeks are overly sharp and defined, so it looks like he probably has implants put in them both, if not complete reconstruction on the areas. The results of his hard hours under the knife are a man who looks…basically like the most annoying person ever, seriously, just look at his pictures, it looks like Jersey Shore ate Real Housewives and then threw him up.

If Jeremy was seeking to revive his acting career by going under the knife, it doesn’t look like it helped. Although he is only 27, Jeremy has a lot of skin damage, maybe from spending too much time running on the sunny beach as a young teen. He has deep lines and enlarged pores allover his face, which he may want to correct in the future with a laser treatment like Fraxel or CoolFX. Laser treatments seem like the only cosmetic surgery young Jeremy hasn’t had.
When looking at an old picture from Jeremy’s heyday and comparing it with a recent appearance, Make Me Heal was startled by the difference in his appearance. Jeremy’s nose is a totally different shape, the result of at least one rhinoplasty. It is no longer as wide and round as it once was. It is much more narrow and is almost feminine in its smallness. His nose also appears to be slightly slanted, which can often be an indication of a nosejob gone wrong.
The overall shape of Jeremy’s face also seems drastically different. Although he has a naturally angular face, it has become unusually angular in recent years. It looks as though he has had some sort of implants to make his jaw appear preternaturally angular.
Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia agrees with we assessment of the significant amounts of plastic surgery Jeremy has had since he faded out of the limelight.
He says, “Jeremy Jackson seems to have had a ton of work. His nose jobs was (were) pretty radical decreasing its size a great deal. He may have also had a chin implant/advancement and/or midface implant/advancement as the shape of his face looks very changed to me. Maybe a bit too much for my tastes but it may be what he wanted. This is very subjective.”
If Jeremy wanted to move away from his sweet childhood image, he has certainly succeeded. But Make Me Heal thinks that his money may have been better spent on acting rather than on plastic surgery.

Jeremy Piven loves plastic… plastic boobs that is. His companion is sporting a pair of obviously fake breasts.
Jeremy Piven’s head scar is not from a facelift or as he claims, ‘stage injuries’, but are actually from a hair transplant, where scalp is cut from the back of the head and then used to fill the balding patches in other portions of the head.

Recently he adopted a new tactic: hair transplants. The photo above shows a line in his scalp where hair plugs were removed so they could be transplanted higher on his head.
This strip method of hair transplants is common, but an alternative, the Neograft system of Follicular Unit Extraction, or FUE, was approved last year by the Food and Drug Administration.
It automates the process of removing individual hair follicles from different locations, which typically allows hair restoration specialists to collect hair for transplants without creating a visible scar.
Neograft systems are currently available in Los Angeles, Pasadena and at the OC Aesthetics Medical Group in Orange.
Hair transplants aren’t cheap. Filling in a bald spot can cost $5,000.
The actual price will depend on the doctor, the hair-replacement technique used, the extent of hair loss, and the patient’s hair type.
“Although linear harvesting or ‘the strip-method’ is the least expensive way to transplant hair, it can lead to a ‘tell-tale’ donor scar which may be visible from a distance if not covered with enough surrounding hair,” says Dr. Alan Bauman of Boca Raton, Fla.

In the past, actor Jeremy Piven, 44, has used toupees to cope with hair loss. (See photos below.)
Recently he adopted a new tactic: hair transplants. The photo above shows a line in his scalp where hair plugs were removed so they could be transplanted higher on his head.
This strip method of hair transplants is common, but an alternative, the Neograft system of Follicular Unit Extraction, or FUE, was approved last year by the Food and Drug Administration.
It automates the process of removing individual hair follicles from different locations, which typically allows hair restoration specialists to collect hair for transplants without creating a visible scar.
Neograft systems are currently available in Los Angeles, Pasadena and at the OC Aesthetics Medical Group in Orange.
Hair transplants aren’t cheap. Filling in a bald spot can cost $5,000.
The actual price will depend on the doctor, the hair-replacement technique used, the extent of hair loss, and the patient’s hair type.
“Although linear harvesting or ‘the strip-method’ is the least expensive way to transplant hair, it can lead to a ‘tell-tale’ donor scar which may be visible from a distance if not covered with enough surrounding hair,” says Dr. Alan Bauman of Boca Raton, Fla.
