She seems to have rhinoplasty/Nose Job but not sure as perfect make-up also can change the shape/size of nose.

By the looks of the images here it indicates a breast reduction or an implant removal. I doubt she had much native breast tissue. The implants she had seemed too big for her.

These pictures indicates that her new implants have started to “firm up.” Contracture commonly recurs particularly in women who smoke and women who had silicone gel implants. I do not know the specifics in her case.

Her recent photo shows us her eyebrows seem higher close to the hairline, it indicates she possibly has a facelift and brow lift. Her cheeks appear fuller than before; it might be as a result of cheek implant surgery.

She might also have Botox and laser treatments, her skin seems smoother and wrinkles or spot free. She looks like a woman in 40 years old; it is possible for someone looks fresher & younger than her/his real age, except surgery help.

Well, although she hardly denies any kind of surgery procedures, the recent photo might be a benchmark whether she has or has not under the surgeon knife.

Also, on an episode of “Growing Up Gotti,” Gotti got Botox injections and had her lips pumped full of collagen in preparation for an awkwardly staged blind date. Besides breast implants, she is reported to have also had cheek implants and a nose job.

Victoria Silvstedt is a fashion model turned Playboy playmate, but recently she is looking more “Real Houswives” than sexy supermodel. Victoria turned to plastic surgery to further her career in the 90's and had a breast augmentation and lip enlargement, unfortunately it appears that plastic surgery is also what will end up ruining her good looks.

Victoria recently turned up at the Cannes Film Festival looking surgically over-done. Too much Botox, too much filler and too much makeup has Victoria looking bizarre, waxen and much older then her 36 years.

It appears that Victoria has large saline implants, that were placed above the muscle, which can increase the risk for visible rippling. Victoria also has very little body fat, which makes hiding implant defects, such as rippling, even more difficult, if not impossible.

One of the pitfalls of plastic surgery is figuring out when to stop, and Victoria Silvstedt is not exactly aging gracefully. It looks like she is trying to fight mother nature tooth and nail, and the results are not pretty.
