Ashton Kutcher Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job

Has Ashton Kutcher has a nose job? Well it was hard to find this picture (his reps probably want to keep a tight lid on these things) and surprisingly I tried all sorts of search terms and could find pictures of him being "young," "teen," "highschool," "yearbook" etc. There was one yearbook photo but it was of him when he was very young and too small and blurry to be of any use. Then take a look at these photos a few years later. Notice the asymmetrical tip deformity? That is not a natural phenomenon from my experience. It is a textbook example of what happens when the nasal domes are stitched together (to narrow the tip) and it doesn't heal as planned.

Therefore I have to conclude that the Ashton Kutcher nose job story is almost certainly true. My guess is he has had at least two operations; one in high school and a second one later on.

When you think of people getting plastic surgery, the first things that usually pops into your mind are, let’s face it, boob and female. Right? But Ashton Kutcher plastic surgery! Yuk!

I mean really we usually think about women getting the surgery and that applies whether they are a celebrity or not.

Chicks get surgery especially porn stars, porn star wannabes, celebrities and of course celebrity wannabees.

Shoot living in Vegas, I can tell you, I sometimes feel that I am about the only one that is “au naturel” and truth be told I look it but hey at least I don’t look like the cat lady.

Do you notice that?  After a number of plastic surgeries, the women all start to resemble each other.  Like some f–ed up sisterhood of those who went under the knife and have a secret desire to like a friggin’ cat. A badge of honor so to speak.

That’s the way it is.

And even if they don’t want to tell you they had it done, or outright deny it, there are telltale signs.
You know the super shiny forehead like Nicole Kidman who has a perpetually shiny, greasy forehead or the woman who passes the age of about 26 and has a 1000% percent perfectly unlined face like Demi Moore. She really went overboard spending like a half a million and she’s still messed up emotionally but hey, she looks great!

Well see for yourself.  He’s always been a nice looking guy but he had a wide nose. Wide! And now it’s not.  Like magic icon smile Ashton Kutcher plastic surgery?

Some are sayin’ that the new Two and a Half Men star actually had 2 nose jobs. it certainly looks like he had at least one

Ashton Kutcher Plastic Surgery For Nose Job

It's been a debate if Ashton Kutcher had a nose job for a while.  If he had the plastic surgery then the rhinoplasty would have been for the tip of the nose.  After the supposed plastic surgery it looks a little more jagged and defined. It's hard to tell if Ashton Kutcher had a nose job.  His nose looks almost identical in the before and after photo, but it's a little more jagged and masculine after.  It looks like it was more bulbous and kid like before the cosmetic surgery.
